If you're short on time, just
take 5 deep inhales-exhales in 1 minute.
Count to 6 when inhaling, and to 6 when exhaling. If you don't succeed straight away, prolong the first inhale and exhale for as long as possible.
On the second third inhale/exhale, try to extend it by only one second. Gradually (perhaps over several times, or hours, or days) you will be able to increase your inhales and exhales even up to 10 seconds.
During STRESS
Sit accurately on the edge of the chair
put your hands on your stomach
As you inhale, inflate your belly, and as you exhale, push the air out of you by leaning slightly forward.
Control the inclination of your neck and head. The ideal is to keep your neck and head straight, tilting only the body. This way you won't get dizzy.
